hurt

when you are hurting do you seek out someone that you know won't hurt you more? I seek friends on Buzznet who don't judge me, just visit and let me be vocal. I send messages and comments to brighten up lives and my own sad story. My therapist says that the holiday season is prone to make you more depressed, so why do we have it? Just sing Happy Birthday to Jesus and skip the rest of the stuff would make me happier (not)

hey i hear ya. i haven t been on buzznet much lately for that reason.
i am in therapy too.
depression makes it so hard to function, and so few people really get that.
